The short answer
No. The Qur’an tells of Adam and Eve eating from the forbidden tree, but it records that they repented and that God forgave them. Their descendants do not inherit guilt. Islamic teaching holds that every child is born in a natural state of purity, the fitrah, inclined towards God.
A little more context
Qur’an 17:15 states that no soul bears the burden of another. People are accountable for what they themselves do, and the door of repentance is always open. This is one of the significant differences between Islamic and classical Christian theology.
